The basic steps are:
- Find the product you want on our supported platforms, then copy the link and paste it into the top search bar on the AgentsBen website.
- You will then see the product on the AgentsBen website, select the product, add it to the cart, and submit the order.
- Top up your balance to pay for the order, and we will purchase your product to the warehouse and take photos for you.
- You can select the products in the warehouse to create a package, and once the package is packed, you will receive a notification.
- Pay the shipping fee, and the package will be shipped to the address you provided!

2. Add Goods to Cart
- Choose the size and color, then add it to the cart.
- If you have any special requests, please leave a note.

Product out of stock?
- If the product is out of stock, the size and color will be grayed out.
- If the product is out of stock and you already paid, weβll refund your payment immediately when we purchase the product, and send you a refund email.
3. Submit Your Order
- Fill in the delivery address and submit your order.
- Click the cart icon at the top right corner, then click the submit order button.
- Order will be submitted and you can see the order details.

- Please use your full phone number and delivery address to ensure the information is accurate. If the delivery fails due to incomplete address information, the user will bear the loss.
- If you want to change the delivery address, you can click the edit button to change the address.
4. Top Up Your Balance & Pay for Your Order
- Use a supported payment method to top up your balance.
- Payment speed and fees depend on provider and region.
Recharge
- Recharging requires customer service to manually confirm your transfer, so it may take some time. You can contact customer service to recharge, and they will generally reply within 12 hours.

5. Track My Order

- QC photos are uploaded to Google Drive after all goods arrive at the warehouse, and youβll receive the link by email.

- You can send a refund request within 4 days after the quality inspection completed, no refunds after the deadline.

If you are not satisfied with the goods, you can request a refund under the following conditions:

Select all the items you want to refund, and submit a refund request within 4 days after the quality inspection is completed. No refunds will be issued after this deadline.
Refund Policy
- When returning an item, the shipping fee is non-refundable, and you will need to cover the return shipping cost plus a $1 service fee per order. If the items have been repackaged, a packaging fee and labor costs of $5 will also be deducted directly from your account.

Situation 2: Goods Have Been Shipped
Goods that have already been shipped cannot be refunded.

16. How can I request extra QC photos?
After your items arrive at the warehouse and quality inspection is complete, we provide standard QC photos. If you need extra photos (close-ups, specific angles, measurements, etc.):
- Contact customer service with your order/package number and describe exactly which angles or details you need
- Weβll take additional photos within 24 hours of your request
- Extra QC photo requests may incur a small fee depending on the number of photos needed
- For measurements (weight, dimensions), please specify clearly what you need
Standard QC photos are always included free of charge β extra requests beyond the standard set are handled on a case-by-case basis.
17. What if the seller cancels or is out of stock after Iβve paid?
If the seller is unable to fulfill your order (out of stock, discontinued, or seller cancels):
- You will be notified immediately via email as soon as weβre informed by the seller
- Full refund: The amount paid for that item will be refunded to your AgentsBen balance
- Alternative options: If youβd like, we can help you find a similar product from another seller β just let customer service know
- Typical seller response time on stock issues: 1-3 days after we place the purchase order
- If only certain sizes/colors are out of stock, those options will appear grayed out in the product selection (Step 2)
No action is needed from you for the refund β itβs processed automatically when a stock issue is confirmed.
