For items in warehouse:
- Can request refund within 4 days after quality inspection
- No refunds possible after 4 days
Refund policy:
- No-reason returns require double shipping fee payment
- $1 service fee per returned item
- $5 packaging and labor fee if repackaging required
- No refunds for shipped items
- Refund requests must be submitted through user center and await CS review
8. How long do refunds take?
- After refund approval, amount is directly returned to your wallet

- Refund amount will first offset other order costs in your account

- We use a package settlement system
- Due to frequent out-of-stock items or exchanges, settling each order, return, or exchange would be complicated
- Therefore, we settle all fees together when final package ships for clarity and efficiency
