Step-by-Step Process
Step 1: Place Your Order
First, you need to order products and ship them to our warehouse in China. This is the foundation of your dropshipping business.

- Your products will be ready for dropshipping to your customers

Step 2: Manage Your Customers
2.1 Access Customer Management
- Go to My Customer section in your user dashboard
- Click on the “Customers” tab to manage your customer list

2.2 Add New Customer
- Click “Add” button to create a new customer
- Fill in the required customer information and save it

Step 3: Create Parcels for Your Customers
3.1 Access Parcel Management

In the “Order” section, click on the “In Warehouse” tab

Click “Ship To My Customer” button

- Select the customer who will receive this parcel
- Confirm parcel creation

3.3 Parcel Status Tracking
After creating a parcel, you can track its status:
- Parcel Created: Initial state after creation
- Repackaged: Items have been collected and repackaged
- Paid: Shipping fees have been paid
- Shipped: Parcel has been sent to logistics provider
- In Transit: Parcel is on its way to destination
- Delivered: Parcel has been successfully delivered

4.1 Pay for Orders
- Complete payment for all items in your orders
- Ensure sufficient balance in your account

- Once parcels are repackaged, you’ll receive notification
- Click “Ship it Now” button on each parcel
- Pay the shipping fees for each parcel
