Your items pass through the AgentsBen warehouse before international shipment. Knowing the warehouse flow helps prevent avoidable delays.


Where Is the AgentsBen Warehouse?

AgentsBen provides the warehouse receiving address in your account dashboard. Use only the address shown in your own account.

⚠️ Always copy the address directly from your account before shipping. Old or incomplete address data can cause failed intake.

The warehouse address usually includes:

  • your unique customer ID
  • contact phone details
  • full street address data required for receiving

What Happens at the Warehouse — Step by Step

1. Receiving (Procurement Phase)

After you place an order, sellers ship items to the warehouse. Timing depends on seller dispatch speed.

  • Once the item arrives, warehouse staff register it to your account using package and customer ID information.
  • You’ll see the status update from “Procuring” to “Arrived at Warehouse” in your dashboard.

2. Quality Check (QC) Inspection

After receiving, items go through QC:

  • visual check for obvious defects
  • The item is photographed from multiple angles (front, back, tags, close-ups of details).
  • photos are uploaded for your review
  • you receive status updates when QC is ready

3. QC Photo Review Window

You have a limited review window after QC is complete:

4. Storage

Approved items remain in warehouse inventory until you create a parcel. Avoid long storage unless you have confirmed policy details in your account.

5. Package Consolidation

When you’re ready to ship, you can select multiple items from your warehouse inventory and request consolidation. The warehouse will:

  1. Remove retail packaging / shoeboxes (optional — you can request to keep them)
  2. Combine items into one or more packages based on weight and size
  3. Reinforce packaging for fragile items
  4. Apply shipping label and customs documentation

Consolidation timing depends on queue volume and parcel complexity.

6. International Shipping

Once consolidated and labeled, packages leave the warehouse for international transit:

  • Shipping to the US: route-dependent
  • Total timeline: depends on seller dispatch, QC speed, and line selection
  • Carriers vary by shipping line selection at checkout

Prohibited and Restricted Items

Certain items cannot be processed or may require special handling. Rules can vary by shipping line and destination law.

How to Get the Correct Warehouse Address

Your AgentsBen warehouse address is unique to you and must be retrieved from your account:

  2. Go to your DashboardWarehouse tab
  3. Copy the full address displayed — it includes your unique customer ID
  4. Use this exact address when ordering from sellers on Taobao, 1688, or Weidian

Do not share your customer-specific address and ID with others.

Do I need to provide the warehouse address myself when ordering through AgentsBen?

No. When you paste a product link into AgentsBen’s search bar and place an order through the platform, the system automatically uses the warehouse address on the backend. You only need to provide the warehouse address yourself if you’re using the DIY page to submit a custom order or buying directly from a seller and having it shipped to AgentsBen.

Can I ship directly to my US address without using the warehouse?

No. All items must pass through the AgentsBen warehouse for QC, consolidation, and international shipping processing.

What if my item arrives damaged at the warehouse?

If damage appears in QC photos, submit a return/exchange request within the allowed review period.

How long can I leave items in the warehouse before shipping?

Storage terms can change. Check current warehouse policy in your account.

Can I request additional photos beyond the standard QC set?

If you need detail photos, request them through support before approving shipment.

Does the warehouse offer vacuum sealing or special packaging?

Special packing requests may be available depending on line and item type.

What happens if I ship something to the wrong address?
